Therapy can be one of the most intentional forms of self-care.

Hey, I’m Jen.

I’m a Psychologist who helps people slow things down and make sense of what’s going on inside, with a focus on embracing authentic emotions and real connection.

Based in Newcastle, NSW. I offer in-person sessions in my office and can support people across Australia online.

Therapy can be tough, and it can also be deeply meaningful.

I aim to create a space where you can show up as you are. You don’t need to have the right words or know exactly what you want to work on. We can move at a pace that feels manageable and respectful of where you’re at.

I’ve been a registered Psychologist for over a decade and have additional training in psychodynamic psychotherapy (ISTDP), which is the foundation of my therapeutic approach. Alongside my clinical work, I also work as an educator, coach and supervisor for individuals and organisations in the mental health field.

I offer my services in person in the Newcastle region and online across Australia.

My approach to therapy is about discovering, not telling.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we’ll explore what’s been coming up for you, identify your emotional needs, and work towards goals that feel meaningful and realistic.

My intention is to offer a non-judgemental and secure space for growth. Over time, therapy can help you develop a deeper understanding of your emotions, respond to challenges with greater flexibility, and feel more connected to yourself and to others.

Many people notice a sense of increased vitality, emotional freedom, and a deeper sense of authenticity in their relationships.
