Sometimes we move through life without fully understanding what we’re feeling. Therapy offers a space to explore and process those emotions.

I offer one-on-one therapy sessions, held either in person or online.
I see clients on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, with some after-hours appointments also available.

Telehealth sessions are available Australia-wide. This can be helpful if you’re travelling interstate, live outside the Newcastle area, or can’t make it into the office. Some clients choose to combine both face-to-face and online sessions depending on what works best for them.

In-Person Sessions

Face-to-face sessions are held in the Newcastle, NSW region at the Psych Jen office — a warm, comfortable space designed to help you feel at ease.

Telehealth (Video or Phone)

Telehealth sessions are available Australia-wide via a secure video platform — ideal if you live outside Newcastle, are travelling, or prefer the convenience of home.
